WANDA ROJAS ​B.B.A

After a couple of years helping her family with their investment properties, Wanda realized her true passion was real estate. Since pursuing her dream of becoming a licensed real estate agent on 2010, Wanda has been living and breathing Real Estate. With experience in different areas of the industry such as residential real estate transactions and commercial lease administration, in a addition to a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from York University, Wanda has the perfect skills, knowledge and experience to provide honest, reliable and expert advice to her clients.

Wanda is in constant touch with the changing local market and is always willing to help clients across all aspects of buying, selling and negotiating in the Real Estate arena.

Away from the Real Estate field Wanda is also very passionate about salsa dancing and traveling.

AJAI RANA M.B.A

Ajai is working in Real Estate Sales and Financing since 2001. His currently serving Team Rana as Team Leader. His family background of Army, help him in bringing strong work ethics and discipline to the work. He possess constant quest to enhance his skills in Real Estate sales and grow as an individual. After completing Masters in Business administration, he started as Mortgage Specialist and ventured into Real Estate Sales. His knowledge of Real Estate financing helps him putting deals together. His Top notch negotation skilld helps him saving lot of money for his clients. He believe in providing high level service to the clients and fellow realtors. He love buidling long lasting relationships. He got coached by top mentors of the industry. When not selling Real Estate, Ajai invest time in Reading, Meditation, working out at Gym, travelling and enjoying Latin Dancing.
